This event comprises of a subject matter that is sensitive by nature. Grocery store bought flour will be used to create the illusion of a substance that is the illegal, illict street narcotic, Cocaine.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
The use and/or possession of any illegal drug or substance at any of are events is strictly forbidden. Player's caught to be using, in possession of, or under the influence of any illegal drug or substance, will be immediately banned from the event and reported to law enforcement, including the Drug Enforcement Agency.
Under increasing pressure from the United States, Colombia has agreed to the extradition treaty to extradite Colombian drug traffickers to the United States to stand trail. The Medellin cartel fights back carrying out attacks on civilian, political and government. Pablo Escobar, leader of the Medellin cartel and the seventh richest man in the world per Forbes magazine, controlling 80% of the worlds cocaine trafficking, has escaped from prison. The hunt is on as Columbian military search bloc personal and U.S. forces close in on the cartels operations.
Event Schedule:
9:00am Check in and weapons inspection
10:00am Deploy onto the field
5:00pm Mission ends, report to staging area
Minimum engagement distances:
Under 350 fps = 0 feet Semi and Full Auto
350 to 400 fps = 25 foot Semi and Full Auto
All weapons must chrono with .20g bb's
No weapons shooting over 400 fps are allowed
Eye Protection:
Players must wear full seal goggles with a minimum ANSI Z87.1 rating. Paintball full face mask are also allowed.
Call your hits.
No blind firing.
No player inside of a building, who's weapon is shooting over 350 fps, may engage another player who is inside of the same building.
Semi auto only while inside buildings.
Players who wish, not to shoot another player, may engage that player by verbally advising that player, Bang Bang. This is the same as being shot and any player who does not honor this is guilty of not calling their hits.
Grenades must fire bb's. Grenades that go off inside buildings, kills all players in that building, in the case of a building with two floors, kills everyone located on that floor. Grenades must be thrown through the buildings door or windows to count. If a player inside of a building, wishes to jump onto a grenade, that player will only be killed if the blast is confined to that player only.
M203 grenades fired into a buildings door or windows will kill everyone in the building, or in the case of a building with two or more floors, kills everyone on that floor. BB's from the M203 shell, must enter inside of the buildings door or windows to count.
Players are prohibited from touching, handling or moving any of the events props, unless instructed to do so by an event organizer. You will be advised to leave property, regardless of how many infractions you have, if you do so.
Cold smoke devices only. Do not deploy these in confined spaces.
No talking during the event organizers safety briefing, mission briefing, mission debriefing, etc.
No magazines locked into weapons, no loaded weapons while in designated safety and staging area's.
No verbal confrontations.
No physical confrontations. Law enforcement will be notified to respond, regardless of the guilty parties wishes.
Players are encouraged to avoid head shot's, however no player will be penalized for this.
Players are required to have a red death rag.
Players are highly recommended to carry an FRS, two way radio onto the field, however this is not required.
While we do not encourage the use of Hi-Cap mags in Milsim, we will allow them.
Infractions of event rules
Players caught in violation of the event rules will receive the following infractions.
1st. infraction of any of the event rules: Verbal warning issued.
2nd. infraction of any of the event rules: Removed from the game, advised to leave property. No refunds.
Medellin Cartel Militia Forces: Civilian clothes, civilian shirt and any camouflaged pattern BDU trousers, BDU shirt and any civilian pants or mix matched BDU camo shirts and trousers.
Colombian Military Forces: Green based camouflaged BDU uniforms. BDU shirts must match BDU trousers.
U.S. Military DEA Special Forces: Tan based camouflaged BDU uniforms, black BDU uniforms. BDU shirts must match BDU trousers.
Each team will be assigned an event organizer. Each team must maintain constant, radio communications with their event organizer.

Players who are coming to the event with friends and wish to play on the U.S. Military DEA Special Forces side, must reserve under the Tan Based BDU or you will be placed on the Medellin Cartel Militia Forces.
Players who wish to be on the U.S. Military DEA Special Forces, please reserve on Tan Based BDU and specify, U.S. Military DEA Special Forces and your uniform camo pattern in your comment section. If there are 16 players reserve under Tan Based BDU, do not reserve under Tan Based BDU or your user name will be removed unless a slot opens up.
PLAYERS WHO RESERVE AFTER MIDNIGHT ON EVENT DATE OR SHOW UP ON EVENT DAY, NOT ON THE RESERVE LIST WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE $35.00 ENTRY FEE.
